每位夥伴都是我們最重要的資產！我們持續落實成為一個學習型與創新型組織，強化團隊分組協作的機制，並以此建立一個職務輪調（Rotation）與接班人（Succession）養成計畫的機制，培養社會創新人才全方位能力，持續推動團隊成長。導入 OKR 機制、個人發展計畫（Individual Development Plan），協助團隊夥伴培養個人的「管理職能」與「專業技能」。此外，搭配「外部顧問」提供團隊夥伴教練會談 Office Hour 進行諮詢，解決工作疑難雜症的同時，也藉此快速提升夥伴個人成長。
