Impact Hub Taipei 的共同創辦人暨執行長，現任財團法人台新青少年基金會董事及財團法人新北市好好星球文化基金會董事；曾擔任社團法人 B 型企業協會理事長和第二屆行政院青年諮詢委員會委員兼副召集人。臺灣大學日文與國際關係雙主修，並取得臺大創業創新管理碩士。職涯起步於全球百大外商，擔任業務職務；其後轉向社會創新領域，並共同創辦 Impact Hub Taipei，投入影響力生態系的長期經營。
長期深耕青年公共事務與 B 型企業運動，專長在公私部門夥伴關係經營與跨域協作，推動永續轉型、社會創新與在地實踐。重視思辨並擅長將想法化為具體產出，追求創新、擁抱改變，以永續發展為核心原則。近年持續與公私部門利害關係人協力打造社會創新生態圈，並協助企業擬定永續策略與落地執行方案；期望以對社會創新與永續的熱情，影響並帶動更多人共同參與。
Rich is the Co-Founder & CEO of Impact Hub Taipei. He currently serves as a Director of the Taishin Youth Foundation and the Well Planet Foundation, and previously served as Chairperson of B Lab Taiwan and Co-Chair of the 2nd Youth Advisory Committee of the Executive Yuan. He holds a double major in Japanese Literature and International Relations, and an Entrepreneurship and Innovation MBA from National Taiwan University. He began his career in a Fortune 100 multinational before transitioning into social innovation and co-founding Impact Hub Taipei.
He has long been engaged in youth public affairs and the B Corp movement, specializing in public–private partnerships and cross-sector collaboration to advance sustainability and social innovation. He is known for turning ideas into action and has worked with cross-sector stakeholders to strengthen Taiwan’s social innovation ecosystem, while supporting corporations in developing and implementing sustainability strategies.
